StreetPrint asphalt templates are fabricated from a specially woven, swaged steel wire rope that is flexible, yet strong enough to withstand the rigors of the imprinting process.
To apply, asphalt is first heated by the StreetHeat SR60 pavement heater. StreetPrint templates are then pressed into the warm asphalt using a plate compactor. After cooling, StreetBond coatings can be applied using a compatible texture sprayer.
