StreetBond RPM Asphalt Repair and Resurfacer

StreetBond® RPM Asphalt Repair and Resurfacer is a high-performance cementitious, acrylic-based, waterborne surfacing product designed for application on racetracks. StreetBond® RPM fortifies HMA pavement and is used in repair and maintenance of racetrack surfaces in saw-cut areas and areas where segregation and/or raveling has occurred or may occur.

Specifications

StreetBond® RPM is worker-safe, creates no unpleasant odors (during or after installation), and meets EPA requirements for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). StreetBond® RPM is fully recyclable with the asphalt. StreetBond® RPM's friction properties are suitable for both pedestrian and vehicular applications.StreetBond® RPM can be combined with StreetBond® Colorants to offer a wide range of colors. Black and gray Colorants can be blended on-site to (roughly) color match* asphalt shade. Newer asphalt will have more black, while older (oxidized) asphalt surfaces will require more grey.  *If trying to color match, apply to a test area before committing to color.

Drying Time (Touch dry) 0.5 – 4 hours @ 77°F (25°C) 40% RH [ASTM D5895]

Shelf Life 24 months if unopened and stored between 40°F and 90°F (4°C and 32°C)
